Instructions: Rinse in warm soapy water, rinse before use. Fill completely full with room temperature water, tighten cap securely, making sure gasket inside the cap is in place, tap ball a few times after hanging.
Caution: Do not wash in dishwasher, wash by hand in soapy water, rinse, do not lose gasket in the cap. Check water bottle daily, making sure your pet knows how to use the water bottle so they are properly hydrated. Bottle should be cleaned weekly with a bottle brush. Occasional drips are normal. Bottle will drip 1 minute or less when you fill it each time. A partially filled bottle will not properly create a vacuum, fill completely full each time you hang the bottle.
