Feeding Chart: Complete Meal: Feed one 7 oz can for every 6LBS of body weight per day. Combination Feeding: Reduce dry food by 1⁄4 cup for every 3.5 oz of wet food.
Transition Instructions: Recommended 10–day transition: Day 1a??3: 75% current food + 25% Open Farm. Day 4a??6: 50% current food + 50% Open Farm. Day 7a??9: 25% current food + 75% Open Farm. Day 10: 100% Open Farm. For sensitive or picky pets, transition more gradually: start with 10% Open Farm and increase by about 10% every day or two until fully transitioned.
