Feeding Instructions: Serve as a complete and balanced meal or as a topper. The amount of food your dog requires will depend on activity, age, environment and breed. Feeding Chart: For Adult Dogs Complete Meal: Feed one 12.5 ozcan for every 12 lbs. of body weight per day. Combination Feeding: Reduce dry food by 1⁄2 cup for every 6 oz can of wet food.
Transition Instructions: Recommended 10-day transition: Day 1-3: 75% current food + 25% Open Farm. Day 4-6: 50% current food + 50% Open Farm. Day 7-9: 25% current food + 75% Open Farm.
