Feeding Chart: For Adult Dogs Complete Meal: Feed one 12.5oz can for every 12 lbs. of body weight per day. Combination Feeding: Reduce dry food by 1⁄2 cup for every 6 oz of wet food.
Transition Instructions: Recommended 10-day transition: Day 1-3: 75% current food + 25% Open Farm. Day 4-6: 50% current food + 50% Open Farm. Day 7-9: 25% current food + 75% Open Farm. Day 10: 100% Open Farm. For sensitive or picky pets, transition more gradually: start with 10% Open Farm and increase by about 10% every day or two until fully transitioned.
