Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days only. Our cutoff time for expedited shipping is 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. COD (Cash on Delivery) payment is not available. Additional surcharges may apply for oversized or heavy‑weight items.

- Items over 70 lbs, oversize goods and hazardous materials cannot ship via USPS.
PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, US Territories, APO/FPO Military Addresses
- Only USPS service is supported; delivery window: 3‑8 business days.
- Consumable products cannot be shipped to military APO/FPO addresses.
- Items over 70 lbs, oversized and flammable goods are restricted for these destinations.
International Shipping
We do not offer direct international shipping. Canadian customers please shop via our Canada‑specific website.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Treats Rewards logged‑in members receive free standard shipping for orders $49+ pre‑tax (after discount) within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. This benefit also applies to valid APO/FPO military addresses.
Important Shipping Restrictions
- USPS cannot ship items over 70 pounds, oversized freight‑class goods or flammable products to PO boxes, military addresses, Alaska or Hawaii.
- Same‑day delivery and in‑store pickup depend on local store inventory; certain items are excluded.
- Tracking numbers will be sent once your order ships. Delivery delays may occur during peak shopping seasons and holidays.
Note: Weekends and federal holidays are excluded from all business‑day delivery time calculations.
