DIRECTIONS: Press button to turn on. Keep pressing button to select the desired light mode. Press again to turn off. Use included USB cord to recharge. To retract extra bags, twist the black bottom portion of dispenser. Deactivate the test mode by pressing the on/off button for 5 seconds.
